Tchoukball UK is delighted to launch a new initiative to reward all our young volunteers who are taking the time to give something back to tchoukball. The project is aimed at people who are students at school, college or university. We have four awards which our volunteers can achieve and are presented every May during our finals weekend during the annual Tchoukball UK Awards Evening. Hours can be logged in a number of ways from coaching beginners at a club/school community group, to assisting at your local club or promoting tchoukball at a local event. There is no limit on what counts providing it is in your own time and is making a contribution to tchoukball in your community. The following awards are available:
|Bronze||10 hours of volunteering|
|Silver||20 hours of volunteering|
|Gold||35 hours of volunteering|
|Platinum||50 hours of volunteering|
The awards allow young people to work their way through each one in their own time and hours are including any previous awards achieved. For example once the bronze award has been completed they only need to gain another 10 hours to achieve the silver award.
All you need to do is log your hours using the Tchoukball Volunteer Record form stating what you have completed with a suitable adult to sign that you completed the volunteer hours. In addition to achieving the certificate you will also receive a letter from our CEO Phil Moore thanking you for your work and a special VIP early entry for the evening to our annual Tchoukball UK Awards Evening.
So what are you waiting for! All you need to do is download the Tchoukball UK Volunteer Record Form below and you are ready to go.
